Springfield
Contemporary
Theatre
A 30-year-old theatre, ready for its next chapter.
A New Chapter With No Playbook
SCT had just come through a major leadership transition and was heading into its 30th anniversary season with no consistent brand voice, no documented marketing process, and a small internal team stretched thin.
They needed a partner who could move fast, build the brand from the ground up, and give them the tools to keep running it long after the curtain went up on Season 30.
A Full Marketing Team, On Call
A complete marketing operating system for SCT's internal team: a Show Marketing SOP, press release templates, marketing checklists, branding guidelines, and social media standards, plus a full sponsorship program with five business tiers and four individual giving levels.
Social and email campaigns for an active production and the 30th season announcement, built around a brand discovery workshop that defined SCT's voice, values, and visual identity.
Headshots and production photography, plus a 30th season launch video written, produced, and edited around the season's theme of relationships and community.
A Voice Worthy of Thirty Seasons
We started with a brand discovery workshop that put SCT's voice, values, and visual identity on paper for the first time in the theatre's history. That foundation shaped everything that followed, from the logo and branding guidelines to the tone of every post and press release.
Then we built the systems to sustain it. Templates, checklists, and standards mean SCT's small internal team can keep the brand consistent on their own, show after show, season after season.
Introducing Season 30
The launch video introduced a 30-year-old institution to a new generation of Springfield, built around the season's theme of relationships and community.
Built to Outlast the Engagement
A theatre with no documented brand or marketing process now has both. Sponsorship tiers, campaign templates, brand guidelines, and a season launch built to introduce a 30-year-old institution to a new generation of Springfield. Istari functioned as SCT's full marketing and PR team during one of the most important transitions in the theatre's history.
